As you may or may not know, NARC is a professional league consisting of the elite: the few who have mastered the way of
life know only as, "RUNNER."
As the co-founder of NARC, I welcome the new, and greet the acquainted. I am known simply as "Perkins." I am
part of the one and only best Runner team. Yes, we are the best.
Narrowing down our team to only three people, we don't accept anything below our level of excellence - EXPERT.
That is why NARC was found, to celebrate our way of life, and to challenge our enemies, ultimately bringing them to defeat!
